1. TECHNICAL SKILL & QUALITY (Good & Reliable)

· Good and Stable Technique:
· The finished work is clean and neat. There may be minor, insignificant flaws that do not detract from the overall appearance.
· Basic nail shapes are even and attractive.
· Diverse Skill Set:
· Proficiently performs popular services (gel polish, acrylics) and some basic decoration techniques (simple line art, stone placement).
· Colors are harmoniously coordinated.
· Acceptable Longevity:
· Gel manicures remain in basic condition (may show slight wear at the free edge) for at least 10 days to 2 weeks.

2. HYGIENE & SAFETY (Clean & Safe - MANDATORY REQUIREMENT)

· Adherence to Basic Sanitation Protocols:
· Tools are disinfected after each client (using alcohol or disinfectant solutions). Single-use items (files, nail clippers) must be new for each client.
· Workstations are wiped down between clients.
· Tidy Space:
· The salon is orderly and clean. There are no unpleasant odors or overpowering chemical smells.
